Alliance Files Plans for Second Multifamily Development in Nashville

Alliance recently filed a concept plan for Broadstone Eighth South, a 328-unit apartment complex proposed on the former Colonial bakery site in the Melrose neighborhood of Nashville. The plans call for a four-story structure and a separate building with about 71,000 square feet of retail space. If built as preliminarily proposed, the project will include nearly 800 parking spaces for both the retail and residential buildings.

Broadstone Eight South is expected to be Alliance’s second project in the Nashville area. Earlier this month, Alliance paid $5.15 million for a historic Germantown site near the Nashville Sounds ballpark with plans to build Broadstone Germantown.
