It’s Just Smart Business: The Wyatt Saves Big by Cutting Common-Area Energy Costs

The Wyatt in Portland recently replaced 1,100+ halogen lamps in its hallways, elevators and lobby with energy-efficient LED light bulbs, slashing maintenance costs and saving energy. Due to the longer life expectancy of LEDs, the Alliance-managed community is trimming an estimated $24,500 from their annual energy costs by saving more than 327,100 kilowatt hours each year.
