Dale Boyles, Managing Director (Senior Housing)

Dale Boyles

Dale Boyles is responsible for co-directing Alliance’s senior housing and active adult platforms, including sourcing and evaluating new opportunities, market analysis, underwriting, and expanding the platforms across the company’s footprint. Mr. Boyles has 20 years of experience operating, developing and providing leadership in the senior housing sector. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Boyles was Vice President of Operations for Emeritus/Brookdale Senior Living with responsibility for 65 communities (5,000 units) in California. Mr. Boyles was also a board member for the California Assisted Living Association (CALA) where he held the positions of Treasurer and PAC chair. Mr. Boyles holds a BS in Business Marketing from San Jose State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Paul Merage School of Business at University California Irvine.

Marco Vakili, Managing Director (Senior Housing)

Marco Vakili

Marco Vakili co-directs Alliance’s senior living platform and is responsible for expanding the platform across the country with a focus on providing land acquisition, development and design expertise.  Bringing a wealth of senior and multifamily development experience, Mr. Vakili most recently served as the Executive Vice President for Acquisitions and Development at Kisco Senior Living, a highly regarded developer/owner/operator of senior housing communities throughout the U.S.  He worked on large campus-style, as well as in-fill mid- and high-rise senior living communities in markets throughout the country. Prior to that, Marco worked in multifamily development, leading Southern California development efforts for Lennar Urban and BRE Properties.  Marco is a graduate of University of California, Irvine, where he also earned his MBA. Marco is on the executive board of the American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA) and a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Building Industry Association.

Jeff Zuckerman, CFO (Senior Housing)

Jeff Zuckerman

Jeff Zuckerman serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer of Senior Housing. Zuckerman has a proven track record of leading and executing institutional investment strategies. He has sourced, structured and capitalized joint venture transactions totaling over $3.7 billion. Over the past decade Jeff was responsible for establishing equity relationships and expanding investment and development activity for several well-regarded operating sponsors.  Previously, Jeff sourced and structured multifamily and commercial investments for AEW Capital Management. Jeff holds an MBA in Finance, from Rutgers Business School and a BA from Syracuse University.
